Jenny was born with an excellent appetite. She grew up in southern Maine where she worked in lobster pounds and bakeries, briefly attended Bard College in New York, and in 2005 decided to quit the east coast and move to Oregon. Her first job in Portland was selling cheese and wine at Pastaworks. From there she moved on to be the assistant fromagier at Blue Hour. In 2007 she brought her love of cheese with her to Park Kitchen where she started as a part-time server. Her commitment to Park Kitchen grew as years passed, and in May of 2010 she became the wine buyer and assistant manager. She now spends her time on the clock wishing she could buy more champagne and wondering when rabbit will be on the menu again.
