Born and raised in Northern New Hampshire, the little town of Bethlehem to be exact, I started my career in the restaurant business at the tender age of 15. At that time, my mother owned by Bethlehem’s standards an extremely successful bakery that outgrew her full-time staff of one. She employed the time honored practice of dragooning her three children into service. That is where I got my thirst for this business. My first real restaurant job was as a host at a steakhouse in Worcester, Massachusetts while I was attending college. I quickly moved up the promotional ladder and was made the Bar Manager within a year.

In my 15+ years in the restaurant business, I have worked at almost every conceivable concept for restaurant/bars: from a 1500 person urban night club in Atlanta to a 50 seat chef owned restaurant in the very small town of Uxbridge, MA to a 290 room AAA 4 Diamond hotel in Portland, and now my current position at Park Kitchen. I have an insatiable appetite for food, wine, beer and spirits knowledge. I am honored to be tasked with finding unique libations to elevate your experience at Park Kitchen.
