Our lunchtime pace is lively and the shows off the skills of not only the chefs but the staff as well. "Lunch is a fun meal," says Dolich. "People only have an hour, so that means we have 35 to 45 minutes to give them a complete experience… and make it good. I love that. If dinner is like a novel, then lunch is like a really good short story.”

Lunch is served Monday through Friday from 11:30 to 2:00.
